Our Translation Service Process

Simply send us your documents using the RFQ form below. Our account manager will review the content, assess the required expertise, and check translator availability. You’ll typically receive a detailed quotation within 4–5 hours. We usually provide several pricing options based on different delivery speeds for your convenience.

Once you’re satisfied with our quotation, just confirm the order. We’ll finalize the payment terms and project timeline together — every detail is fully negotiatable to suit your preferences.

Your project will be handled by professional native-speaking translators with extensive experience in financial translation. We believe in collaborative, human-to-human quality, so we welcome all your feedback and comments throughout the process. Revisions are typically managed efficiently via email, allowing clear tracking and quick responses.

After translation, a second senior translator will proofread the entire document to ensure terminological consistency and linguistic accuracy. Our editors then perform a final stylistic and grammatical check tailored to your target audience. If required, we also provide professional typesetting/desktop publishing (DTP) services to deliver print- or web-ready files.

When all steps are complete and you’ve approved the final files, our project manager will deliver the translated documents and request your confirmation of job completion. If we don’t hear back within 2–3 days, we’ll consider the project accepted. An invoice will then be issued, with payment due within 14 days of receipt.
